Hund Craft Studio Online Store Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions: These terms and conditions govern the use of the Hund Craft Studio online store, available at hundcraftstudio.com. The store specializes in the sale of personalized, custom-made pet accessories.

2. Order Fulfillment

All products in the store are handmade based on the specifications provided by the Customer (e.g., dimensions, dog name, selection of fittings).

Order fulfillment times are indicated for each product and may be extended during periods of increased demand, of which the Customer will be informed.

The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Store.

3. Payments and Prices

All prices listed in the store are gross prices in Polish zloty (PLN).

The store offers secure payment methods (e.g., online transfers, payment cards).

The order is processed after payment is received.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer via courier companies or parcel lockers.

Shipping costs are visible in the shopping cart before placing the order.

5. Personalized Products and Returns

Pursuant to Article 38, Section 3 of the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason in the case of products made to individual specifications (personalized).

6. Complaints

The Store is obligated to deliver a product free from defects.

If a technical defect or non-conformity of the product with the order is found, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint by email to: hundcreftstudio@gmail.com.

7. Personal Data (GDPR) The rules for processing personal data and the use of cookies can be found in the Privacy Policy tab.

8. Final Provisions: The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. For orders placed before the change, the regulations in force on the date of purchase apply.
