Hund Craft Studio Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time: All our products are handmade to order in our studio.

Preparation (production) time: typically 1 to 2 business days from receipt of payment | wooden products typically up to 5 business days.

During periods of high order volume, this time may be extended, in which case we will inform you immediately.

2. Shipping Costs and Methods: We offer the following delivery options within Poland:

InPost parcel lockers: PLN 20.00

InPost / DPD courier: PLN 20.00

Free delivery: for orders over PLN 400.

3. Shipping Time: The time required by the carrier to deliver the package should be added to the processing time:

Courier and parcel locker shipments: typically 1-2 business days from dispatch.

4. Tracking Your Shipment: After your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which will allow you to track your package on the carrier's website.

5. Damage in Transit: Please inspect the condition of your shipment upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging, we recommend completing a damage report in the presence of the courier or at the parcel locker – this will facilitate the complaint process.
